Versaperm has achieved ISO 9001 - the internationally recognised standard for the quality management of its business.

ISO 9001 applies to the processes that create and controls the products and services.  It prescribes the systematic control of activities and ensures that the needs and expectations of Versaperm’s customers are successfully met. 

According to Chris Roberts, Managing director of Versaperm, “There were many reasons why we were keen to implement ISO 9001, but one of the most important was that it shows our customers the real commitment to all aspects of quality that they can expect from us.  It means that their orders will be on time, that we constantly strive to improve efficiency and reduce cost, and that they will be dealing with a thoroughly professional and up-to-date organisation.”
